Job Title: New Business – Paraplanner

Location: London (Hybrid)

Starting Salary:  £40,000 – £45,000 per annum depending on experience.

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our New Business Team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to do more than simply produce reports – you’ll play a key role in shaping how high-quality financial planning is delivered to our clients as the business continues to grow.

The successful candidate will produce cashflow models in Voyant, research protection products and prepare high-quality suitability reports and financial plans. This is the ideal role for someone looking to build a long-term career as a Paraplanner.

Do you have the following?

• Qualified to Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) and ideally studying towards Level 6.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Paraplanner.
• Experience using Intelliflo Office as a back-office system.
• Experience with cashflow modelling software.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Desirable Skills & Knowledge

• Hands-on experience with Voyant cashflow modelling software
• Familiarity with AJ Bell and other investment platforms
• Experience across pensions, investments and protection products.
• Highly organised, methodical, disciplined, with excellent attention to detail.

• Brings energy, positivity and professionalism to the team. 
• Takes pride in producing high-quality work and is willing to go the extra mile when needed.
• Curious and proactive about improving their knowledge through CPD, industry reading and podcasts such as TRAP and Adviser 3.0.
• Enjoys improving processes and helping shape how the paraplanning function evolves.
• Works well in a small, collaborative team and communicates clearly with advisers and colleagues.
• Able to prioritise their workload effectively and manage multiple cases at different stages.
• Thinks critically about planning strategies rather than simply following templates.

• Starting Salary of £40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience.
