Arthur is a Chartered Financial Planner and Citygate’s longest-serving employee. He joined the firm in 2018 as a graduate, initially working in administration before progressing into paraplanning and becoming a financial planner in 2021.
Having worked across every stage of the advice process, Arthur combines strong technical expertise with a practical understanding of what clients value most. He now leads Citygate’s ongoing client service team and is the primary point of contact for many of the firm’s long-standing client relationships.
Arthur specialises in helping lawyers, City professionals and business owners navigate complex financial decisions. His expertise spans retirement planning, pensions, investments, tax planning, trusts, protection and cashflow modelling, with a focus on making technical subjects easy to understand and helping clients make confident decisions.
Outside work, Arthur is an avid Brighton & Hove Albion supporter and has held a season ticket since 1999. He is also a keen tennis player, having competed at University and county level. He lives in Tunbridge Wells and spends much of his free time travelling with his wife, Phoebe, or being kept in line by their black cat, Chloe -despite insisting he’s really a dog person.
Arthur believes great financial planning is about aligning money with what matters most, giving clients the confidence to make informed decisions and enjoy the life they’ve worked hard to build.
