Imogen is a Financial Planner at Citygate, having joined the firm following a career as a commercial disputes lawyer.
She specialises in working with prospective and new clients, helping them clarify their priorities, understand their options and develop tailored financial planning strategies to achieve their long-term goals. Imogen enjoys taking complex financial matters and making them clear, practical and accessible, ensuring clients feel informed, supported and confident at every stage of the planning process.
Having spent 10 years working at a US law firm before moving into financial planning, Imogen has first-hand experience of the opportunities, pressures and career decisions faced by legal professionals. Having made a successful career change herself, she understands the importance of having the financial confidence and flexibility to navigate life’s biggest decisions. She enjoys helping lawyers build financial security, create greater choice and achieve the balance that is right for them, whatever stage of their career or life they are in.
Alongside her client-facing role, Imogen is a member of the firm’s Leadership Team, where she contributes to the firm’s strategic direction and operational development. She has a particular interest in continually improving the client experience, leading initiatives to simplify processes, enhance efficiency and embed best practice across the business.
Imogen is a qualified Financial Adviser and continues to develop her technical expertise as she works towards Chartered Financial Planner status.
